This hotel was great, the only problem I had was a noisy neighbor. Other than that the staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean.

One person at the desk was not too helpful with directions.
It was clean, quiet, hard to get onto busy road when we wanted to exit parking lot.

I liked the indoor/outdoor pool; and its location wasn't bad.
The staff acted as if they didn't want to give directions or help us any way.
The location is OK. The cleanliness was good also. The staff could have been a little more customer service friendly. Overall stay was good.

It was great and the staff was wonderful.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go the Myrtel Beach, but want get away from the crowd at night. The indoor and outdoor pools was very clean.

the checkout time is 6pm on Sundays. I only came to know that after I checked out at 11 am as mentioned when I booked the hotel.
